Delivery
Every order is packed and posted by a CAMUK volunteer. We post orders within 3–5 working days.

Orders outside the UK
Your country may charge import duty, tax or a handling fee when the parcel arrives. These are set by your country, not by CAMUK, and are paid by you to the carrier. We can’t pay them on your behalf.
Returns and size swaps
Our tees and hoodies are unisex and cut oversized. Take your normal size for the full oversized look, or size down for a more relaxed fit. If the size isn’t right, swap it.
- Size swaps are free. Email us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll send you a prepaid UK return label and post the new size at no cost. (Outside the UK, we’ll post the new size free; return postage is yours.)
- Returns for a refund: you have 30 days from delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and with their tags. Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the item.
- Faulty or wrong item? Tell us and we’ll cover the return and send a replacement or a full refund, including delivery.

Your legal rights
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations you can cancel an online order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it, and get a refund including standard delivery. Our 30-day policy is in addition to these rights, not instead of them.
